As of January 1, 2023, all OHV riders in Utah are required to complete the Utah OHV Education Course before operating any vehicle

Damage Deposit hold of $2,500 is placed on credit card during rental and can be used to repair damages

All renters are responsible for damage we understand scraps and scratches can happen

Insurance is not provided (renter car insurance often covers damage but is not guaranteed)
